Process / 04

Clear thinking.
Fast execution.

The process stays simple enough to move quickly and rigorous enough to learn from every decision.

Overview

A clear process, with room to learn.

Advertising strategy cannot be completely fixed before a campaign meets the market. Our process creates a clear starting point, launches with a defined measurement approach and then uses real performance data to refine the plan — each stage creates the input for the next.

01

Discover

Understand before deciding.

We start with the business context: what you sell, who you want to reach, where growth currently comes from, what has already been tested and what the commercial objective looks like.

Typical outputs: Business and campaign objective summary · Existing activity review · Audience / market context · Key constraints and opportunities · Initial measurement requirements

02

Plan

Decide what to test and how to measure it.

The discovery stage becomes a practical advertising plan. We define the role of paid media, prioritise channels and audiences, structure the first campaign approach and agree on the signals we will use to evaluate performance.

Typical outputs: Channel plan · Audience framework · Budget approach · Campaign structure · Testing priorities · KPI / measurement framework

03

Execute

Launch with a structure that can learn.

Campaigns are built and launched according to the agreed plan, then actively monitored. Execution includes campaign QA, budget pacing, audience and creative testing, delivery review and the operational adjustments needed to keep the programme aligned with the strategy.

Typical outputs: Campaign setup and launch · Tracking / measurement checks · Testing programme · Budget monitoring · Ongoing campaign management

04

Grow

Turn the results into the next plan.

Reporting is not the end of the process. We use performance data to understand what changed, where the strongest signals are appearing and what should happen next — the next step may be optimisation, a new test, a budget shift, expansion to another audience or a broader change in strategy.

Typical outputs: Performance reporting · Test findings · Optimisation priorities · Budget recommendations · Next-step roadmap
